This is my costume for carnival, I'm Illyria from "Angel":

Face: MAC Prep+Prime SPF50, MAC SFF NC15, superfine silk powder, MAC Felt Blue (forehead and blush)

Eyes: MAC Vanilla e/s allover, MAC Felt Blue around the lashes, Maybelline Kajal in black, L'Oréal Voluminous WP

Lips: MAC Blast o' Blue

The blue eyes are photoshopped because I am not very comfortable with contacts...
